"I’ve ordered a few things from noon and..."
I’ve ordered a few things from noon and it’s been kind of a mixed experiance. Some items arrived fine and looked original, but one product seemed a little different from what I was expecting, so that was a bit dissapointing.

Delivery was okay and didn’t take too long. I just feel like they should check the sellers more carefully, especially for quality and authenticity. It’s not bad overall, but I still don’t fully trust it yet

"Return was fine, refund took a while lol"
I returned an item on noon.com because the size wasn’t right. The pickup was easy and the app kept showing updates, which was helpful. The only thing is the refund took longer than I expected, so I had to wait and message support once. They did refund me in the end, so it wasn’t a bad experience, just a bit slow and annoying lol.

"App is fine, but the website could be better"
The app has been easy enough for me to use, so I’d say it’s probably okay for most basic stuff. The website, though, felt slow at times when I used it, which makes me think it still needs some work.

"I’ll give them credit for responding at first..."
I’ll give them credit for responding at first, but the whole thing felt off. My order got cancelled twice, and each time the seller seemed to have a different explanation. Maybe there was a real issue, but it didn’t come across that way. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, just don’t think I’d feel comfortable ordering from them again.

I got the right items, so that part was totally fine. The box was a bit crushed when it arrived though, which made me a little concerned at first. Maybe it was just handled roughly in transit, but I feel like the packaging could be a bit sturdier, right?

"Getting help is way too much effort"
I had a problem with my order and tried reaching out to noon support, but it felt like such a hassle. They take forever to reply, and when they do, it sounds like the same copy-paste response every time. I had to keep following up for days just to get some kind of update, and even after all that effort, nothing was actually fixed. Super frustrating experience. I don’t think I’ll be ordering again anytime soon.

"Good deals when the promos line up"
I shop here every now and then, mostly when my sister sends me a promo or coupon she finds. The prices can be good during sales, but without a deal, I’ve noticed some items are cheaper on other sites. The coupons don’t always go through either, which gets a little annoying when you’re ready to check out.

"Uh, they’re always running late"
My order showed up late again, the tracking didn’t help at all. It’s getting hard to rely on them when this keeps happening.
